Skyway 300TA BMX frame and forks. The 300TA was released in 1988 and whilst this one doesn’t look pretty, they don’t come up very often. There was a dodgy seat post tube repair done, as shown in the photo, so I had the chrome removed in preparation for getting it fixed and refinished. Circumstances changed and I never proceeded. At least you can see there’s nothing hiding under the finish!
Overall it’s a good frame set, just needs to have the repair cleaned up and refinished. These came as a complete and not really high end parts so you could do a catalog build without spending a lot of money.
This was up for sale on eBay and sold, however, the winner sent a message about 10 minutes after the auction finished saying he had changed his mind and couldn’t afford to pay…
