Redline 401 Flight Cranks – Details
Redline 401 flight cranks for sale. This are original finish and show wear from use on both arms, as to be expected from chrome BMX cranks of this age. There are no decals.
Let’s get all the details out at once. Single pinch bolt, full wrap, 180mm Redline flight cranks with a loose ball bottom bracket. It is not a dimple spindle.
Threads in the pedal bosses are good and as can be seen in the photos, not deep scratches or other marks, particularly at the pedal ends.
The pinch bolts and spindle bolts have been replaced with new hardware. The original pinch bolts are included. I could not find the original spindle bolts. The original sprocket bolt is also included.
Can’t remember if it was a NOS bottom bracket set or not. No idea about it at all to be honest. As said elsewhere, memory has faded since I originally built the bike these were on more than a decade ago and has been in a storage box ever since.
